Whenever you create a custom domain, you can provide the email address where we'll send the instructions. Works both in UI and the API.
When the custom domain is created, we'll send an email with detailed instructions on how to set up the DNS records.
White-labelled CNAME
If you want to use an intermediary white-labelled CNAME instead of in.saascustomdomains.com, edit the CNAME record in your account settings.
Navigate to the Accounts view section and click View, then Edit Account for the account where you want to use a custom CNAME.
Update the CNAME field with your preferred white-labelled CNAME, then click Update Account button.
This allows you to maintain your brand identity when using Automated DNS Instructions Emails.
For white-labelled CNAME to work, you have to point it to in.saascustomdomains.com.
For example, if you want to use domains.myapp.com as a custom CNAME, create a CNAME pointing domains.myapp.com to in.saascustomdomains.com.
